　　6、用户对我公司产品提出质量异议时，公司保证接到客户电话在24小时内做出响应；如需现场解决，保证派出专业技术人员在72小时内到达现场解决问题。对每件用户反馈的产品质量问题及处理结果我公司将予以存档。

　　7、处理本公司产品质量问题发生的一切费用，全部由本公司自行承担。
